Product Introduction
Momentive TSE3941-W is a one-component, non-corrosive, low volatile silicone adhesive sealant that cures with atmospheric moisture to form an elastic, flame retardant silicone rubber. Key features include fast tack-free time (5 min @23°C), UL94V-0 certification (File E56745), non-corrosivity to metals, and low odor alcohol vapor release during cure.
Advanced Technical Properties
Flame Retardancy & Electrical Properties: UL94V-0 certified for high-voltage applications. Stable electrical performance with initial volume resistivity of 2.3×10¹⁵ Ω·cm, maintained at 6.3×10¹⁵ Ω·cm after 1000h@150°C and 2.1×10¹⁵ Ω·cm after 500h@60°C/90%RH.
Adhesion & Heat Resistance: Excellent adhesion to aluminum, copper, epoxy resin (see table below), but poor to polyethylene/PTFE. After 500h@150°C, copper adhesion strength retains 1.6 MPa (initial: 2.1 MPa).
