Its electrical insulation properties include a dielectric constant of 2.8 @ 60 Hz and ultra-high volume resistivity (3×10¹⁵ ohm-cm), critical for preventing leakage currents. The sealant maintains elasticity from -60°C to 204°C and resists environmental degradation from UV, ozone, moisture, and chemicals. Notably, it cures fully in 48 hours for 3mm sections under standard conditions (25°C/50% RH), but thicker applications (>6mm) are not recommended due to extended cure kinetics.
