It delivers strong adhesion and corrosion protection (corrosion step 0-1 in SKF-Emcor test), effectively preventing frictional corrosion.
Enhanced Properties
- Load-carrying: 2,400N weld load in four-ball test; 1.4mm wear scar under 800N load;
- Service life: 155 hours in FAG FE9 roller bearing test (1,500/6,000-110,F);
- Temperature range: -30°C to 110°C (+130°C short-term) with 180°C drop point;
- Oil stability: 3.3% oil bleeding and 0.5% evaporation loss at 100°C/24h.
