Basic Properties
3M DP190 is a two-part flexible epoxy adhesive available in Translucent and Grey variants. It features a 1:1 mix ratio, 80-90 min worklife at 23°C, and is engineered for long-term bonding of metals, plastics, and composites in harsh environments.
Product Description
DP190 absorbs thermal stress/vibration via high elongation (120% for Translucent), while Grey offers 3500 psi aluminum shear strength. It survives -55°C to 120°C thermal cycling (5 shock cycles) and maintains >85% strength in water/humidity for dynamic loads.
