Formulated with mineral oil and specialized solid lubricants, P-37 delivers extreme temperature resistance up to 1,400°C and superior anti-seize performance. Low seepage (sulfur <250 ppm, halogens <200 ppm) ensures cleanliness compliance, enabling easy bolt removal after prolonged high-temperature exposure.
- Extreme Performance: Solid lubricant remains non-brittle at 1,400°C; weld load reaches 5,500 N (DIN 51 350 T.4).
- Friction Control: μ=0.11 on M12 bolts; breakaway torque maintains 120.9 Nm (600℃/21h).
- Longevity Proven: 102.4 Nm breakaway torque on Nimonic bolts after 4 weeks at 850°C.
- Designed for gas/steam turbine bolts (e.g., nickel-based alloys) in power plants.
- Field-proven in Sie-mens SGT-800 turbines to prevent bolt seizure above 1,000°C. Incompatible with other lubricants.
