Molykote® 5 Compound is a non-conductive silicone grease specifically engineered for insulator and bushing maintenance, high-current switch lubrication, and corrosion protection. This premium dielectric grease offers excellent water repellency, high-temperature resistance (-54°C to 232°C), and excludes intentional PTFE or PFAS compounds.
Formulated with phenylmethyl silicone fluid and amorphous silica filler, Molykote 5 Compound ensures compatibility with rubber, metal, and plastic materials. Its grease-like consistency allows for easy application by hand, brushing, or automated equipment while delivering long-lasting performance under extreme operating conditions.
