Momentive SnapSil™ TN3005 Low-Volatility Fast-Dry Sealant for Electronics
Momentive SnapSil™ TN3005 is a one-component, low volatile siloxane silicone adhesive sealant that cures at room temperature upon exposure to atmospheric moisture. It exhibits primerless adhesion to many substrates and is available as a non-flammable paste in clear, white, and black colors.
Product Features
This sealant features a fast tack-free time (approximately 7 minutes) and low-odor cure that releases alcohol vapor during the process. It is flame retardant (UL94 HB recognized) and non-corrosive to most metals. The cured material forms an elastic rubber with excellent electrical insulation, weather resistance, and chemical stability.
