Product Overview

DOWSIL™ TC-5628 is a one-part, blue, thermally conductive grease designed for electronics thermal management. This advanced thermal interface material (TIM) features excellent thermal conductivity (4.0 W/m*K) and low thermal resistance (0.178 cm²*K/W at 40 psi), making it highly efficient for heat dissipation applications.

The product achieves a UL 94 V-0 flammability rating and has a Relative Thermal Index (RTI) of 150°C, indicating superior high-temperature endurance. Additionally, it provides excellent electrical insulation properties with a dielectric strength of 12 kV/mm and volume resistivity of 3.6×10¹² Ω*cm.
