S355 Sheet Metal Progressive Stamping Die for Automotive Small Table-Board

This custom progressive stamping die is designed for producing automotive small table-board components from S355 steel.

The strip layout, station sequence, die structure and tooling specifications are developed according to the customer’s approved part drawing, material thickness, press parameters and production requirements.

The exact component name, complete S355 material designation and acceptance criteria must be confirmed during the technical review.

The die is manufactured through CNC milling, surface grinding, wire EDM, sinker EDM, fitting, assembly and tryout.

Tool materials, standard components, heat treatment and coatings are defined in the approved die design and bill of materials.

Production speed, maintenance intervals and die-life conditions are confirmed in the technical agreement.
