DC04 Sheet Metal Cold Stamping Die for Microwave Oven Baffles
This custom cold stamping stage die is designed for forming DC04 microwave oven baffles.
The sheet-metal part is formed by a cold stamping process. No hot stamping process is involved.
The die structure, forming operations and tooling specifications are developed according to the customer’s approved part drawing, material thickness, press parameters and production requirements.
Manufacturing processes include CNC milling, surface grinding, wire EDM, sinker EDM, die assembly and tryout.
Where required, selected die components may undergo heat treatment or wear-resistant coating to achieve the specified hardness and service performance. This treatment applies to the die components, not to the stamped sheet.
Inspection requirements are defined according to the approved part drawing, die drawing and project acceptance criteria.
