Product Overview
The 2000m³ Free Standing Dual Membrane Biogas Balloon comprises an outer membrane, along with an inner and a bottom membrane that collectively form the actual gas space. This innovative design allows for efficient storage of gases such as biogas or natural gas in various applications, including energy generation and waste management.
A continuously operating support air blower introduces air into the interstitial space between the inner and outer membranes, maintaining constant gas pressure irrespective of supply and withdrawal fluctuations. The blower is designed to operate under varying environmental conditions, ensuring reliability even during adverse weather scenarios.
The supporting air preserves the shape of the outer membrane, enabling the gas balloon to endure external loads such as wind or snow without compromising structural integrity. The materials used for both membranes are selected based on their durability and resistance to environmental factors like UV radiation and temperature fluctuations.
Gas charge and discharge pipes are integrated into concrete foundations typically provided by clients. A safety valve prevents overpressure on the gas side, while a pressure control valve ensures consistent internal pressure during all operational phases. Filling levels are monitored through ultrasonic sensors and wire length measurement systems.
