The HBS-3000Z is a desktop automatic turret digital display Brinell hardness tester featuring a high-precision optical system. This advanced testing equipment is designed for accurate hardness measurement in industrial applications.
Product Overview
The Brinell hardness test is suitable for cast iron, non-ferrous alloys, various annealed and quenched and tempered steels with hardness less than 650HBW. This method is not suitable for measuring extremely hard, very small, or thin workpieces. In steel pipe standards, the Brinell hardness indentation diameter (d) is commonly used to represent material hardness, making this tester widely applicable across industries.
