UP-3001 Single Wing Drop Tester ISO ISTA Standard Packaging Carton Free Fall Impact Test Machine
The Single Wing Drop Tester (also called Single Arm Drop Test Machine) is professional packaging laboratory testing equipment. It lifts packaged products to a preset height via electric screw drive, then releases the sample for free fall to simulate collision damage during logistics, transportation and manual handling.
This equipment supports three-dimensional drop tests on package surface, edge and corner, and is equipped with digital height display, electromagnetic instant release and buffer protection device. Adopting a stable double-column single-wing structure, it features small angle deviation, high test repeatability, safe limit protection and easy operation. Widely used for packaging structure verification and finished product reliability inspection.

Every machine purchased from our factory has 12 month warranty after shipment. Generally, we offer 12 months for FREE maintenance. While considering sea transportation, we can extend 2 months for our customers.
Moreover, if your machine doesn't work, you can send us an e-mail or call us. We will try our best to find the problem through our conversation or by video chat if necessary. Once we have confirmed the problem, the solution will be offered within 24 to 48 hours.
2. What about the delivery term?
For our standard machine which means normal machines, if we have stock in the warehouse, delivery time is 3-7 working days. If there is no stock, normally, the delivery time is 15-20 working days after payment is received. If you are in urgent need, we will make a special arrangement for you.

Most of our machines are shipped as a complete unit, which means they are already installed. You just need to connect the power cable and start using it. And if it's necessary, we can also assist you to install your machine on-site.
