UP-1001 DIN Rubber Abrasion Tester with 150mm Wheel Diameter for Material Wear Testing
The UP-1001 DIN Rubber Abrasion Tester is designed for measuring abrasion resistance of rubbers (vulcanized thermoset rubbers and thermoplastic elastomers) that experience abrasive/frictional wear in actual service. The equipment evaluates abrasion resistance by moving a test piece across an abrasive sheet mounted on a revolving drum, with results expressed as volume loss in mm³ or abrasion resistance index in percentage. Lower volume loss indicates better abrasion resistance, while a lower abrasion resistance index denotes poorer performance.
