Experimental testing machine for impacts of kids' scooters and roller skates against obstacles at a speed of 2 meters per second ASTM EN71
The 2m/s toy car impact tester is developed in accordance with global toy safety standards. It simulates the actual driving condition of children’s ride-on toys. The equipment applies standard load weights on the standing or seating position of the toy car, and pushes the toy forward at a constant speed of 2±0.2m/s. The toy car continuously impacts a 50mm standard hard obstacle for three times. After the test, check the toy for deformation, cracking, loose parts and structural damage to verify whether the product meets safety qualification standards.
