Handlebar Stem Loading Tester
This machine is used for the static strength test of handlebar stems of children's bicycles, children's tricycles and balance bikes.
Clamp the handlebar stem at the minimum insertion depth in accordance with the standard, apply the standard load forward at an angle of 45° to the axis of the handlebar stem, and check whether the handlebar stem breaks, cracks or produces excessive permanent deformation.

Test principle
-
- Clamp the stem on the fixture and fasten it strictly according to the minimum insertion depth marked on the product.
- Install the matched simulated handlebar tooling.
- The equipment applies the specified test force forward at 45° to the axis of the stem (500N for children's bicycles per national standard).
- Maintain the force for the specified time. After unloading, inspect as follows.
- The stem shall have no fracture or cracks.
- Permanent deformation: it is qualified if the deformation is ≤20mm per 100mm of rod length.
