1. Product Overview
The SSM-GVR3 vacuum granulating machine is a high-precision precious metal granulation equipment under the Vacuum Granulating Systems product category, adopting mature German technology and equipped with imported core components. 2. Working Principle
- Raw precious metal materials are put into the sealed melting chamber, then the vacuum pump starts to evacuate air inside the cavity, and high-purity inert gas is filled to completely isolate oxygen and prevent high-temperature oxidation.
- The high-frequency induction heating system rapidly heats the material up to the set melting temperature (max 1500℃) with temperature accuracy controlled at ±1℃ to fully melt the metal into uniform liquid.
- The molten precious metal flows down through the precision diversion nozzle, forming continuous liquid droplets. These droplets are rapidly cooled and condensed into spherical or oval metal granules in the sealed inert environment.
- After the granulation process is completed, users can open the discharge valve to collect finished metal granules directly, which can be used for alloy proportioning, precious metal recycling, electroplating anode and laboratory research.
