- Induction Heating Melting: Precious metal raw materials are rapidly heated to homogeneous molten liquid under precise temperature control.
- High-pressure Atomization: High-speed fluid impacts molten metal flow to split liquid metal into tiny droplets.
- Rapid Cooling Solidification: Droplets cool instantly to form spherical metal powder, then collected and screened.
- Optional Vacuum Argon Shield (Custom Version): Sealed chamber filled with inert gas to isolate air and avoid metal oxidation for high-purity powder.
