Working Flow

1. Load gold, silver or copper raw materials into the large crucible, close and seal the whole chamber for vacuum pumping.
2. Fill argon shielding gas into sealed space, heat metal to molten state under max 1500°C constant temperature control.
3. High-pressure system outputs stable 30KPa pressure; high-speed fluid impacts molten metal stream to split into tiny uniform liquid droplets.
4. Droplets rapidly cool and solidify into spherical metal powder, then fall into collection bin for screening and packaging.
