SSM-GSM100 is our flagship heavy-duty all-in-one gold flakes processing machine, specially built for large-scale precious metal factories with high daily mass production demands. It integrates induction melting, dual inert gas anti-oxidation shielding, continuous thin strip rolling and automatic precision slicing into one compact unit, supporting a maximum single-batch gold melting capacity of 100kg to drastically lift overall output.
Powered by 50KW stable induction heating, the machine reaches a max working temperature of 1500°C and completes one full melting cycle within only 15–25 minutes. Equipped with argon & nitrogen dual protective gas system, it thoroughly isolates oxygen during melting and forming to avoid dark oxidation spots, producing bright, high-purity gold, silver and copper flakes with adjustable thickness ranging from 0.1mm to 0.5mm. Two cooling modes (running water circulation or independent water chiller) are available to fit different factory water supply conditions.
