3. Working Principle

1. Put the casting flask with wax patterns into the machine, set saved casting parameters via touch screen.
2. 12KW heating system rapidly melts gold/silver/copper alloy to 1500°C within 2 minutes.
3. Magnetic stirring and homogenization function mix molten metal evenly, built-in degassing removes internal air bubbles.
4. Dual negative pressure + 300KPa high pressure pushes molten metal to fully fill the flask mold cavity.
5. Complete automatic casting finished, take out the flask for cooling and post-processing of jewelry blanks.
