It is used as interleaving tissue between pages to prevent ink transfer, and as hinge reinforcement in softcover bindings. High folding endurance (≥500 times) and smooth surface (calendered) ensure excellent writing and printing performance. Acid‑free and archival safe.

Manufacturing Process
Bleached softwood pulp + 10‑15% cotton linters for extra softness. Beating degree 40‑45°SR. AKD sizing at 0.2%. Fourdrinier forming with light shaking for uniform fiber orientation. Pressing, drying. Soft calendering at moderate pressure to achieve smoothness without losing bulk. Rewound and cut into sheets (787*1092 mm or custom).
