Produced via high‑viscosity beating (beating degree 75‑85°SR) using 70% bleached softwood pulp + 30% hardwood/bamboo pulp. The highly fibrillated fibers form a dense, low‑porosity structure that physically blocks oil. No coating is applied. The web is formed on a Fourdrinier machine at 0.8‑1.2% consistency, pressed to 38‑42% dryness, then pre‑dried at 80‑120°C. Soft calendering at 60‑80°C improves smoothness. No fluorinated or synthetic coatings – fully repulpable and biodegradable.
