Process Introduction
Base paper: 70% bleached softwood + 30% bamboo pulp, beaten to 78‑80°SR. Fourdrinier forming, pressing to 40% dryness, multi‑stage drying (80‑120°C). Bio‑coating applied by curtain coater for uniform coverage (2.0‑2.5 g/m²). Post‑drying at 100‑140°C for crosslinking. Hard calendering at 70‑90°C. Finished rolls inspected for Grade value and pinholes.
