Process Introduction
All grades are produced on the same production line using either viscose or NMMO process, with basis weight controlled by adjusting die gap, extrusion speed, and stretch ratio. Post‑treatment including plasticization (glycerol) and humidity conditioning ensures uniform performance across the range. Each roll is tested for WVTR, OTR, and seal strength. Custom slitting down to 50 mm width.
