40g Ultra Light Striped Kraft Paper for Origami and Inner Lining
This 40 g/m² ultra‑light striped kraft paper is the thinnest grade in the striped family, offering high flexibility and translucency. It is used for inner lining of gift boxes, delicate origami, and lightweight flower wrapping. Despite low weight, the long fiber composition ensures tear resistance and fold endurance.

To produce 40g, the pulp is beaten to a higher freeness (lower degree) to maintain flexibility. The wire section runs at faster speed to achieve thin formation. Press pressure is reduced to avoid crushing. The single‑cylinder dryer operates at lower temperature (95‑105°C) to prevent over‑drying. The finished paper is soft and pliable.
