Product introduction
This steel wire rope casting machine is a core unit of the aluminum rod casting production line, professionally designed for cutting and sizing long aluminum billets. It integrates multiple functional modules including buffer alignment table, feeding conveyor, main saw unit, material collection system and full electric control system to realize automatic continuous operation.
The machine is applicable to all series of aluminum alloys, with a cutting diameter range from ∅80mm to ∅254mm. The main saw blade runs at 1400 rpm, delivering stable cutting performance. It features high machining precision: the length tolerance is controlled within ±2 mm, and the surface roughness of cutting sections is no more than 30μm with a tilt below 1/100mm. The whole line works efficiently, capable of cutting 5 aluminum rods within 60 seconds for standard ∅120mm×6000mm billets.
Equipped with a semi-dry spray lubrication system using plant-based cutting oil, it effectively reduces friction and saw blade wear. The conveyor speed is adjustable at 25 m/min to match different production demands. The complete equipment adopts PLC and human-machine touch screen for centralized control, equipped with fault alarm and interlock protection functions to ensure operational safety.
All frame parts are welded with high-quality Q235 steel, featuring solid structure and good deformation resistance. Key transmission components like sprockets, chains and bearings adopt standard industrial parts for reliable operation and easy maintenance. With a total power of 90 kW and low operating noise below 160dB(A), this fully automatic cutting machine is an ideal choice for high-efficiency aluminum rod processing.
