Product introduction

10t melting furnace is to supply melted aluminium alloy for casting machine.

Aluminium ingots & scrap returns are put into melting furnace via forklift or manually after they’ve been mixed with certain ratio.

Start up melting furnace’s regenerative combustion system for melting aluminium ingots & scrape returns, operators make the drossing and mix alloys at the foot of the furnace door.

When aluminium alloy reaches proper temperature, operators make initial adjustment and drossing to the alloy ingredients at the foot of the furnace door, and regulate aluminium molten metal’s temperature to technological requirement.

After aluminium alloy reaches proper temperature, operators make accurate adjustment, drossing & refining to the alloy ingredients at the foot of the furnace door, the combustion system adjusts aluminium molten metal’s temperature to technological requirement.

The aluminium alloy which meets technological requirements can be forwarded to the next casting process.
