Product introduction
This steel wire rope casting water tray is a core component matched with aluminum rod casting equipment, mainly functioning as the cooling and forming carrier for molten aluminum during casting procedures. It adopts optimized double-piece water curtain crystallizer design, forged from 6061 aluminum billets and processed via CNC precision machining, delivering outstanding structural strength and uniform cooling performance.
The water tray body is an integral welded structure. The upper and lower plates are processed with hot galvanizing and stress relief annealing to effectively resist deformation under long-term high-temperature and water circulation conditions. Equipped with a complete cooling water distribution system, diversion pipes, graphite rings and sealing assemblies, it ensures stable water flow and reliable sealing to avoid leakage. The built-in ingot pulling mechanism with self-centering design enables smooth demolding of aluminum rods.
The overall frame and base car are welded with thick steel profiles, fitted with heavy-duty steel wire rope guide wheels adopting double bearing structure for stable operation. Hydraulic tilting arms and oil cylinders are configured to realize flexible flipping and positioning. All refractory accessories and sealing parts are made of high-temperature resistant materials, adapting to harsh casting environments. This durable, high-precision casting water tray is perfectly compatible with 10-ton aluminum casting lines, guaranteeing qualified forming quality of aluminum ingots.
