The electronic control system consists of a main control unit, low-voltage electrical appliances, safety power supply devices, and a human-machine interface. The safety control project includes manual descent in case of power outage, alarm before the end, automatic stop before reaching the position, and anti roll frame for casting rods.
The entire process can be controlled by PLC human-machine interface (touch screen) or manual control.
The equipment provided by the supplier should meet the requirements of the power specifications and quality provided by the purchaser on site. The electrical control cabinet and operation console should be sealed structures that comply with domestic technical safety requirements. Various electrical equipment such as drive motors should have facilities for overcurrent, short-circuit transient current impact, motor overload protection, etc. The electrical junction box next to the equipment should be tightly sealed.
