The equipment requires a C30 concrete foundation with a thickness of ≥200mm, with pre-embedded parts and pipeline channels reserved. Maintenance space around the furnace body must be provided, and gas pipelines, power supply lines, circulating water, and compressed air pipelines should be laid according to standards.
Natural gas must have a calorific value of ≥8400kcal/m³, with stable supply pressure at 0.08-0.1MPa. The main pipeline should use DN80 specification. Installation of filters and pressure regulating valves at the front end of the pipeline is recommended to ensure stable gas supply.
