We supply two mainstream material grades:
- Nylon 6: Standard performance for general applications
- Nylon 66: Upgraded version with prominent high temperature tolerance and outstanding anti-aging capacity, ideal for harsh high-temperature working environments of hydraulic equipment
This nylon composite twisted yarn is the standard mainstream reinforcement material widely matched with medium-pressure and high-pressure rubber hoses, as well as hydraulic pipelines used on engineering construction machinery. It effectively improves the burst pressure and structural stability of finished rubber hoses, preventing pipe expansion and cracking under fluid pressure.
Custom twist direction, linear density, and tensile strength specifications are available to match customers' different hose production formulas.
