Our Nylon 66 Dipped Mesh Cloth is professionally woven from high-quality Nylon 66 multi-strand yarn with standardized weaving and dipping technology. The finished fabric presents uniform mesh density, flat and neat surface and extremely high overall tensile strength, ensuring stable and consistent performance in batch industrial production.

This mesh cloth features excellent high-temperature resistance and thermal stability. It can continuously work under 185℃ high-temperature environment without deformation, shrinkage or performance degradation. With a heat retention rate of over 90% after 180℃*4h high-temperature test and stable boiling water shrinkage rate, it maintains reliable dimensional accuracy during repeated high-temperature vulcanization cycles. In addition, the product possesses outstanding aging resistance and fatigue resistance, greatly extending service life in long-term industrial cyclic operation.

Specially developed for rubber vulcanization molding industry, this dipped mesh cloth is the ideal auxiliary material for rubber hoses, rubber rollers and various special-shaped rubber products. It effectively assists uniform molding, improves surface finish of finished rubber products, and avoids defects such as uneven thickness and structural deviation caused by thermal shrinkage. Multiple width specifications are available to meet different production equipment and product processing requirements, widely recognized and applied in the rubber manufacturing industry.
