Our Dipped Mesh Fabric is made of high-quality multi-strand industrial yarn, adopting professional weaving technology to form a standardized mesh structure, and finished with advanced dipping treatment. Compared with ordinary woven fabric, this dipped mesh cloth features more stable overall structure, tight and neat mesh texture, effectively avoiding loosening, stretching and deformation during rubber compounding, pressing and vulcanization processes.

After strict dipping curing treatment, the mesh fabric surface forms a uniform and compact adhesive layer, delivering excellent bonding compatibility with various rubber materials. It can be closely combined with rubber layers without delamination or falling off, greatly improving the overall structural integrity and tensile toughness of composite rubber products. The product has balanced mechanical properties, stable bearing capacity and excellent fatigue resistance, adapting to long-term compound use in industrial rubber working conditions.

Available in a wide standard width range from 20mm to 1600mm, and supports personalized custom specifications to meet different mold sizes and product processing requirements.
