3-layer composite bearing:
1. Steel backing: low carbon steel, copper/tin plated for anti-rust
2. Sintered bronze intermediate layer: 0.20~0.35mm for good thermal conductivity
3. PTFE+Pb surface lubricating layer: 0.01~0.03mm, forms solid lubricant film during operation
Feature difference from standard SF-1: Integral flanged shoulder for axial positioning & thrust load, no extra retaining ring needed.
