Overview

This graphite embedded bronze slide plate (also called self-lubricating wear plate / mold guide plate) is manufactured from high-strength bronze / high-tensile brass alloy, with solid graphite plugs inlaid on the sliding surface. It is an oil-free self-lubricating sliding component.

The graphite inserts act as solid lubricant during operation, forming a stable lubrication film between friction pairs. It eliminates the need for regular oil supply, works well under heavy load, low speed, high temperature and impact conditions. Widely adopted in plastic injection molds, die casting molds, stamping dies, hydraulic machinery, automation equipment and engineering machinery.
