Overview
This round flange self-lubricating linear bushing adopts outer steel shell + inner graphite embedded bronze bushing structure, replacing traditional ball linear bearings. The graphite solid lubricant is pre-embedded in the high-strength bronze matrix, which can continuously supply lubrication during reciprocating linear movement. No frequent oil refueling required, suitable for high-load, low-speed, dusty and oil-prohibited working environments. The integrated round flange design with mounting holes enables fast and stable installation directly on equipment plates. It is widely used in CNC machines, automation machinery, packaging & textile equipment, injection molds and robotic linear sliding systems.
