Product Overview
This self-lubricating spherical plain bearing (spherical joint bearing) consists of a 45# steel outer ring and a high-strength bronze spherical inner liner embedded with solid graphite lubricants. The graphite solid lubricant is pre-embedded into the bronze ball surface, realizing maintenance-free operation. It can bear heavy radial loads and certain axial loads while accommodating angular misalignment and oscillating rotary motion. No additional grease or oil supply is required during service. Works reliably under high temperature, low speed, heavy load, dusty or water-washing working conditions, greatly reducing downtime and lubrication cost.
