Overview
JF800 bimetallic bushing is a composite sliding bearing made of low carbon steel backing sintered with lead bronze alloy layer. This bi-metal structure combines high mechanical strength from steel substrate and excellent anti-friction & wear resistance from inner bronze layer. It is engineered for heavy load, intermittent oil lubrication working conditions. The outer steel layer supports high radial load, improves structural rigidity; inner bronze bearing surface features good conformability, embedability and anti-seizure property. Widely adopted in construction machinery, automotive, hydraulic cylinder, machine tools and automation equipment. Custom ID, OD and length dimensions are available for mass production.
