3-layer composite sliding bearing:
1. Base backing: Stainless steel substrate (SS304 / SS316), excellent anti-corrosion performance against acid, alkali and seawater
2. Intermediate layer: Sintered spherical bronze powder layer, good thermal conductivity and bonding strength
3. Surface layer: PTFE composite low-friction coating, thickness 0.01~0.03mm, lead-free optional available
Difference from standard SF-1: Stainless steel backing instead of carbon steel, for corrosive working conditions
