Material Structure

SF-1T is a 3-layer composite sliding bushing specially developed for high PV working conditions of gear pumps.
Backing: Low carbon steel base, electroplated for anti-corrosion
Middle layer: Porous bronze powder (0.2~0.3mm), improves heat conduction and bonding strength
Surface layer: Modified PTFE special formulation thin film (0.01~0.03mm), self-lubricating friction layer

Material & Performance Features

High PV Resistance & Anti-Fatigue: Custom PTFE formula designed for gear pump heavy-duty cyclic load, passed 1 million impact fatigue test for CBK1 hydraulic pump.
Stable Low Friction Under Oil Lubrication: Consistent friction coefficient in boundary & hydrodynamic lubrication, effectively reduce heat generation and shaft wear.
Excellent Impact & Wear Resistance: Bronze intermediate layer transfers heat rapidly, prevents bushing failure under continuous high pressure impact.
High Dimensional Stability: Steel backing guarantees high mechanical strength, stable size under fluctuating pressure & temperature.

Application Scenarios

Specially engineered for medium & high pressure hydraulic gear pumps. Also widely used in radial plunger pumps, vane pumps and other hydraulic pump sliding parts. Ideal replacement for original pump bronze bearings for hydraulic power units and mobile hydraulic systems.
