SF-1P is a 3-layer composite self-lubricating bushing specially optimized for reciprocating cyclic motion, comparable to foreign DD2 grade, lead-free formula complying with environmental requirements.

Backing: Low carbon steel base with anti-corrosion plating
Middle layer: Porous sintered bronze powder (0.2~0.3mm), high thermal conductivity
Surface layer: Modified PTFE compound film (0.01~0.03mm), tailored for reciprocating wear resistance
