1. Material Structure

SF-1D is a three-layer composite self-lubricating bushing developed for hydraulic system working conditions, lead-free formulation.

Backing: Low carbon steel base with anti-corrosion electroplating
Middle layer: Porous sintered bronze powder layer (0.2~0.3 mm), excellent heat transfer
Surface layer: Modified PTFE composite film (0.01~0.03 mm), optimized for hydraulic oil medium

2. Material & Performance Features

Hydraulic Oil Medium Adaptability: Specially modified PTFE surface layer, stable performance when immersed in various hydraulic oils, resistant to oil swelling and aging.
High Pressure & Impact Resistance: Steel backing plus bronze sintered layer, withstands alternating pressure impact inside hydraulic cylinders, good anti-fatigue property.
Low Wear & Anti-Seizure: Forms stable boundary lubricating film under hydraulic oil environment, reduces shaft wear even with fluctuating pressure.
Dimensional Stability & Sealing Compatibility: Low thermal expansion, matches hydraulic seal assembly requirements, less risk of jamming.
Lead-Free & RoHS Compliant: Environment-friendly formula for hydraulic components export.
