SF-2 is a two-layer composite boundary lubricating bushing designed for working conditions with thin oil or intermittent oil supply.

Backing: Low carbon steel substrate with anti-corrosion electroplating
Surface layer: Porous sintered bronze layer (0.25~0.35mm), impregnated with solid lubricant & oil storage structure

Boundary Lubrication Adaptation: Bronze porous matrix can store lubricating oil, works reliably under thin oil, intermittent oil supply or grease replenishment conditions.
High Load & Wear Resistance: Sintered bronze surface with good bearing property, less adhesive wear under heavy low-speed load.
Good Embeddability & Conformability: Tolerates minor shaft surface impurities and slight misalignment, protects shaft surface.
