1. Material Structure

SF-2Y is a three-layer composite boundary lubricated bushing, lead-free upgraded version based on SF-2 series, yellow POM sliding surface with grease storage indents.

Backing: Low carbon steel base with anti-corrosion plating
Middle layer: Porous sintered spherical bronze powder (0.2~0.3mm), good thermal conductivity
Surface layer: Modified POM composite layer (0.3~0.5mm), lead-free formula with pre-machined grease pockets

Boundary Lubrication Design: Grease storage indents on POM surface, retains lubricant for intermittent / thin oil working conditions.
