This is bimetal bushing, also known as steel bronze composite sliding bearing sleeve.
It adopts bi-metallic structure: low carbon steel backing provides high mechanical strength and impact resistance; the inner lining is sintered CuPb10Sn10 lead bronze alloy with excellent friction reduction and wear resistance.
Pre-machined oil hole and customized oil grooves are designed to retain lubricant for oil lubrication service. CNC precision machining ensures tight dimensional tolerance and good surface finish.
Features high load capacity and anti-fatigue performance, suitable for heavy-duty oscillating and rotary motion. Widely applied in excavators, hydraulic cylinders, construction machinery, trucks, agricultural machines, forklifts and other hinge joints. Custom ID, OD, length, oil groove pattern and step structure are available according to drawings.
