Product Overview

JF800 bimetal bushing is a composite sliding bearing made of low carbon steel back sintered with CuPb10Sn10 bronze alloy layer. The inner surface is precision machined with oil grooves to store lubricant and form stable oil film during operation.
It combines high mechanical strength from steel substrate and low friction, good wear resistance from bronze layer. This type of bimetal bearing is widely used for heavy-duty rotary and oscillating motion under grease or oil lubrication. Custom oil groove structure, shoulder step and dimension are available according to drawings.
