FB092 Rolled Split Bronze Bushing with Oil Holes
FB092 wrapped bronze bushing, also known as perforated bronze plain sleeve bearing, is manufactured by rolling CuSn8P tin bronze strip into cylindrical split bushing. The whole surface is precision punched with array oil holes to store grease and achieve continuous lubrication during operation.
Different from cast bronze bushings, rolled bronze structure has uniform density, no casting porosity, higher dimensional accuracy and cost advantage. It is widely used for heavy-load, low-speed oscillating and rotary joints, ideal choice for intermittent lubrication working conditions.
