Product Overview
Round flange graphite bronze bushing (MPTZ / OFR01 series) is a self-lubricating sliding bearing made of high-strength brass alloy, with solid graphite plugs embedded on the bearing surface. The flange design with mounting holes enables fast installation and accurate positioning.
This oil-free bushing works without external grease supply. During operation, graphite releases lubricant to form a stable lubrication film, greatly reducing friction and wear. It performs well under high load, low speed, high temperature and dusty environments, widely adopted in automation equipment, plastic molds, machine tools and hydraulic machinery.
