Product Overview
Our JDB flanged graphite plugged bronze bushing (also known as flange self-lubricating copper sleeve) is manufactured from high-strength high-lead bronze / high strength brass alloy, with solid graphite plugs embedded evenly on the sliding surface. It works without oil refueling, ideal for heavy load, low speed, oscillating motion and occasions where oil lubrication is hard to realize. The integrated flange design can bear both radial load and axial thrust load, easy for positioning and installation.
This flanged self-lubricating bearing can replace traditional rolling bearings in many harsh working conditions, widely adopted in mold, hydraulic cylinder, automation machinery, construction machinery, textile equipment and automotive industry.
